Advanced Marine & Power Systems has been providing high quality marine service to the Gulf Coast since 1986. Advanced Marine began as P&D Marine Services, which was an Orange Beach landmark for over 25 years.

Now in the same convenient location on Canal Road, we have re-branded the company with an emphasis on providing the most advanced service to a multitude of marine propulsion and power systems, as well as residential standby generators. Our technicians are Volvo Penta factory-trained annually, keeping up to date on engines ranging from 1 to 16 liters, out-drives, and newer IPS pod systems.

As a full service repair facility, Advanced Marine is equipped to handle all of your boating needs. From engine repair to bottom painting, the Advanced Marine staff are on hand to tend to you and your boat. Advanced offers certified mechanics for Volvo, Yanmar, Mercury Marine engines as well as Kohler, Westerbeke and Cummins Onan generators. If you are in need of backup power for your home or business, we are also an Authorized Dealer for KOHLER standby generators.
